My team led the full creative vision for Revvity’s first-everglobal sales kickoff. A four-day, multi-venue brand immersion that introduced 1,300 global employees to the company’s new identity before its public launch.

The challenge? Translate the bold mission of a new science brand into a high-energy, highly coordinated live experience that energized employees and created lasting emotional connection to Revvity’s purpose.

Eight general sessions: We developed all keynote and breakout content, from scripting and stage design to motion graphics, video content, and branded storytelling frameworks.

Immersive pre-function zone: We designed interactive spaces that brought the brand to life, including a digital immersion tunnel, a mosaic engagement wall, and a merch pop-up where attendees got their first taste of Revvity-branded swag.

On-site installations: Each space was supported with bespoke signage, dynamic wayfinding, and modular environmental design to reflect the brand’s scientific precision and human focus.

Content-driven agenda: With over 40 hours of tailored content including regional meetings, carousel sessions, and leadership keynotes, I helped shape the narrative arc and experiential flow from reveal to rally.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partnered with brand, events, production, and executive teams to align storytelling with business strategy, ensuring every touchpoint communicated Revvity’s vision of “revolutionizing life through science.”

Impact:
1,300 global attendees immersed in the new brand
3,600+ pieces of branded merchandise distributed
Two fully produced off-site experiences with multiple stages and engagement zones

The campaign extended post-event into roadshows, internal comms, and brand launch content, and helped establish a creative benchmark for future Revvity employee and customer events.

This kickoff marked a pivotal internal moment for Revvity, uniting legacy teams under a new brand with clarity, energy, and shared purpose. I ensured the creative direction wasn’t just seen, it was felt.
